Our AC went out when it reached the 80s a few weeks ago. After calling someone to come look at and being told $2300 for a new compressor. We had some questions. Our AC is covered by a parts warranty so the part needed was no cost. So the $2300 is to cover labor? We decided to ask around and were told by multiple people to contact Myrick. They had a person at our address the next day. He looked at our inside unit, the outside unit and fuses. Turns out we had a fuse on the outside unit which he was able to replace. Then because they care and aren’t out to scam anyone out of $2300, the same person came back a week later to ensure the unit was working properly. Then he took the time to clean the unit off before he left. You just can’t beat honesty and integrity. I’ll definitely recommend Myrick to anyone who need their HVAC looked at.

Last year I asked Travis to install a heat pump in our house. After 12 months of use, I can report that the heat pump works great! We enjoy cool air in the summer and heat in the winter. The owner, Travis came listened to my concerns and explained the entire process and pricing. He has answers to all of my questions and showed compassion. Ac unit broke down three weeks after the last repair on the same unit. 2 break downs in a month. This was a Sunday. After texting with the former AC service I called. Picked up on the second ring. Removal and install of new HVAC system was quick, smooth and couldn’t beat the price. Needed the job done quickly before a party as we’d been babying our older unit and it was going to be a lot hotter than expected. The RD18 killed it and never lost set point. We had been coddling our AC unit in since 2019,when we moved here. We finally saved up the money to get a new one. We pay cash. So we called up Myrick Mechanical. Travis came down gave us a great estimate with options to choose from. We picked the right one for us. It was ordered delivered and put in in less than a week and a half. We could not be happier. Travis and his team, specifically Joe, are great to work with. Our AC went out while we were out on the hottest day of the summer and went unnoticed till 5pm on a Saturday. Joe was able to show up and get us back up and running before sundown! Not only did I get my AC back up and running but also found a great HVAC team for the future!
